The basics
What a commercial clean covers
A regular commercial clean covers desks, kitchens, toilets, floors and bins.
Your written scope sets out the tasks in each of those areas and how often each one is done. Not every task has to happen on every visit. A busy lunch room may need its benches done each time, while a room that's hardly used needs less.

How we get in: keys, swipe cards or alarm codes, and any rules for locking up.
Anything that's off limits, like a server room or a locked office.

Tell us what you want covered
At the walk-through, tell us which rooms matter most and which tasks you want on every clean.
Before we arrive, walk the site yourself and note what staff complain about most, such as the kitchen or the toilets. If someone else signs off on the cleaning, like the business owner, ask them to come along.
If you already have a cleaner, we can start when your current arrangement ends. Book the walk-through before then, so the scope and price are agreed in time.
Check how much notice your current agreement needs. That way there's no gap between cleaners and you aren't paying two at once.

What is considered a commercial cleaner?
A commercial cleaner cleans business premises rather than houses. That includes offices, shops, strata common areas and work sites. The work usually runs on a regular schedule set out in a scope.
Do I have to commit before I see a price?
No. You get the scope and the price in writing first, and nothing starts until you agree to it.
What happens if something is missed?
Check the scope first to see whether it's a task we do and how often it's due. If it is, call us on 1800 944 017 and tell us what was missed and where.
