What's done in each, and how often, depends on how your office is used.
When staff tell you something's been missed, check the scope first. It shows whether the task is one we do and how often it's due.
If it's in the scope and it wasn't done, call us on 1800 944 017 and tell us which room and which task.

It helps to know which rooms you want included before we arrive. If staff often complain about one area, like the kitchen, tell us, so the scope covers it properly.

Every office gets its own quote after the walk-through. We don't publish prices.
Two offices with the same floor area can end up with different prices. One may have more kitchens and toilets, or want cleaning more often.
If you're comparing quotes, line each one up against the scope: the same rooms, the same tasks and the same number of cleans.

Office cleaning questions
How often does an office need to be cleaned?
It depends on how many people use the office and how busy the kitchen and toilets get. We'll suggest how often after the walk-through.
Do we need to be in the office when you clean?
That's up to you. If no one will be there, we agree keys or swipe cards, the alarm and the lock-up routine at the walk-through.
How do we switch from our current cleaner?
Check how much notice your current agreement needs, then book a walk-through with us before it ends. Once the scope and price are agreed, we start when your current cleaner finishes.
Can you send the quote to our head office or landlord?
Yes. Tell us who approves the cleaning and we'll send the scope and price to them.
Who should be our contact for the cleaning?
Someone in the office most days who can answer questions about access or a missed task. It's often the office manager.
Which areas do you clean offices in?
The whole Central Coast, including Gosford, Erina, Tuggerah and Wyong. We also clean offices in Newcastle and Sydney.
Do you clean homes as well?
No. We don't take on regular house cleaning. Our regular work is offices, shops, work sites and strata buildings.
