- Keys, fobs or codes for the doors and gates we'll use
- Any areas we should stay out of, like plant rooms or storage cages

What to have ready for the walk-through
A list of the common areas the committee wants cleaned, any complaints residents have raised, and the current cleaner's task list if there is one.
Getting a quote in time for a meeting
If the committee wants quotes for its next meeting or the AGM, book the walk-through early. That way the written scope and price reach the strata manager before the meeting papers go out.
Changing from your current cleaner
We can start when your current cleaning contract ends. Look up the notice period in that contract, and book our walk-through before it runs out, so the common areas aren't left without a cleaner. Ask the current cleaner to return keys and fobs before they finish.

How often should common areas be cleaned?
It depends on how many people live in the building and how busy the common areas get. We'll suggest how often once we've walked through it.
Can you send the quote to our strata manager?
Yes. We can deal with the strata manager, the committee chair or both. Tell us who needs to approve the quote and we'll send the scope and price to them.
Which parts of the building does strata cleaning cover?
Only the common property, the parts of the building all owners share. Private lots aren't part of a strata clean, and your scope lists exactly which common areas are included.
Who should residents call if something's missed?
Residents usually tell the strata manager or a committee member, who then calls us on 1800 944 017.
When do you clean?
We agree the cleaning days and times with you at the walk-through, and they go in the scope.

Anywhere on the Central Coast, including Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Tuggerah and Wyong. We also take on strata buildings in Newcastle. If you're not sure your building is in our area, ring 1800 944 017.
Does someone need to meet you at the building?
For the walk-through, yes. After that, we only need the access we agreed at the walk-through.
Can owners book you to clean their own unit?
No. A strata clean covers the common areas only, and we don't take on regular house cleaning.
