We'll agree how we get in and out: keys, swipe cards, alarm codes and how to lock up.
Point out any rooms we shouldn't enter, like a records room or a locked office.
Switching from your current cleaner
We can start when your current cleaning arrangement finishes, so book the walk-through well before then. Ask your current cleaner to hand back all keys and access cards before their last clean, so you know where every key is.
If you share a building
If other businesses share your building, tell us at the walk-through which rooms, toilets and kitchens are yours. Only those go in your scope.
If something is missed
Call 1800 944 017 and tell us what was missed and where. We'll go through it with you against the scope.
